1. Information We Access

LUMINA is a Discord application and web dashboard for server management, moderation, automation, music, utility, and community features. Depending on enabled features, LUMINA may access information provided through Discord's API when necessary to provide its functionality.

• Discord channel and role IDs
• Discord usernames and display information
• Server membership and role information
• Messages or message content when required for commands or moderation/AutoMod features
• Discord presence information only when required by a LUMINA feature
• Server configuration and feature settings

2. How We Use Information

LUMINA may use information to process commands, provide moderation and server-management functionality, apply configured AutoMod rules, manage server configuration and permissions, provide music features, manage giveaways and invite tracking, remember dashboard settings, and maintain the reliability and security of the service.

We do not use Discord data for advertising or user profiling.

3. Message Content

LUMINA may process message content when necessary for text-based commands, AutoMod, spam protection, link filtering, prohibited-word filtering, capitalization filtering, and other server-configured moderation features.

Message content is processed for the purpose of providing these features. LUMINA does not use Discord message content to train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. LUMINA does not sell message content or use message content for advertising.

4. Server and Configuration Data

LUMINA may store information necessary to remember a server's configuration and provide features consistently. This can include server IDs, configured channels and roles, moderation and AutoMod settings, command configuration, music preferences, giveaway configuration, invite-tracking configuration, and other settings configured by server administrators.

5. User Data

LUMINA may use Discord user identifiers when necessary to associate actions or settings with the appropriate Discord user, such as identifying the user who executed a command, associating moderation actions with a user, or providing user-specific features.

LUMINA does not sell personal information to third parties.

6. Discord Presence Information

If a LUMINA feature requires Discord presence information, LUMINA may process information made available through Discord's Presence Intent. Presence information is used only to provide the relevant LUMINA feature and is not used for advertising, user profiling, or AI/ML model training.

7. Data Storage

Some information may be stored outside Discord when necessary to provide persistent functionality. Examples may include server configuration, feature settings, giveaway information, invite-tracking information, and other data required by LUMINA's services.

We aim to store only information reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality and use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.

8. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide LUMINA's services or for legitimate operational and security purposes. When information is no longer required, it may be deleted or removed from our systems.

If you would like stored data associated with a server or user to be reviewed or deleted, please contact the LUMINA team through our official support server.

9. Data Sharing

LUMINA does not sell, rent, or trade Discord user data. Information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate LUMINA, such as hosting, database, infrastructure, or security providers.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal requests, protect the security of LUMINA, prevent abuse or unauthorized access, or protect the rights and safety of users or the service.

10. Dashboard Data

The LUMINA web dashboard may use Discord authentication to identify your Discord account and determine which servers you are authorized to manage. The dashboard may access information such as your Discord user ID, server memberships, server IDs, roles, and permissions for server-management functionality.

LUMINA does not request your Discord password.

11. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The LUMINA website may use cookies, sessions, or similar technologies necessary for authentication, security, and normal operation of the dashboard. We do not use cookies to sell personal information or build advertising profiles.

12. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by LUMINA against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

13. Children's Privacy

LUMINA is a Discord application and does not knowingly collect information from children for purposes unrelated to providing its service. Users should use LUMINA in accordance with Discord's applicable age requirements and terms of service.

14. Third-Party Services

LUMINA relies on third-party services and platforms to provide parts of its functionality, including Discord and infrastructure, hosting, database, authentication, or other providers used to operate the service. Those services may have their own privacy policies and terms.

15. Your Choices and Data Requests

You may stop using LUMINA at any time. Server administrators may remove LUMINA from their Discord server. For questions regarding information stored by LUMINA, or to request deletion or correction of information associated with you or your Discord server, contact us through the official support server. We may need to verify a request before making changes to protect against unauthorized requests.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to LUMINA, its features, or applicable requirements. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be updated.
